On December 29, 2021, the final annual meeting of the Ading Group was held via an online conference call. The meeting was attended by members of the Management and Supervisory Boards, management staff and managers of the subsidiaries from Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Kazakhstan. 

Executives, managers and department heads presented the operations and results for the current 2021 at the level of the entire grouping. 

The President of the Management Board and General Director, Zoran Petrovski, also had a short closing address. In his address, he noted the outstanding positive results of the entire group, despite all the uncertainties and shocks that the company experienced in 2021. He also thanked the services and employees for their commitment to the work, emphasizing that the investment in the human capital of the company, which will continue in the future, always gives results and will remain to be effective in the future. As he added „Although a difficult year is ahead, with uncertainties and constant increases in the prices of repro materials and energy, the optimism for 2022 remains. The optimism comes from the strong position on the domestic market, the prevalence of markets in the region and beyond, the adaptability of the company, and the development of new products and technologies.“
